Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JDu Apps, owner Julian Dubbert, Eilenau 11, 22087 Hamburg, Germany, email: support@copy-for-trello.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You may also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website. If you use this option, we will promptly (e.g. by email) send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the service after you have given your express consent and simultaneously confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us.

Note: This contract is a service contract for the performance of a data migration. The migration begins immediately after successful payment and full authorization of access rights. The service is generally fully performed once the migration is complete.

By consenting to the immediate start of the migration in the order process, you expressly agree that we may begin performance of the service before the withdrawal period expires. You simultaneously confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.

Special notes on the service

Please note that this contract concerns a service that is generally fully performed. Partial performance of the service is not envisaged for this type of contract.

If the migration is aborted or fails for technical reasons, we will notify you without delay. In that case you may decide whether to:

withdraw from the contract, provided the withdrawal period has not yet expired, or

request a new performance of the migration.

If the migration is performed again, your right of withdrawal expires upon completion of the successful migration, provided you have again consented to this.

Consumer information

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Section 312g BGB. This withdrawal policy meets the statutory requirements of Article 246a Section 1(2) of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code (EGBGB).
